Shipping + Return Policy

Most in-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update.


Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US nationally observed holidays.

No Returns. We will accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. Please make sure to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. If you choose not to exchange and would like a refund, please notify us and allow 3-5 business days for processing. Shipping fees are not refundable. If you wish to cancel your order please email your order number and request to customerservice@lolasenchelbeauty.com within 24 hours of placing order.
